Designation We view the EB-5 New York State Regional Center Program as a unique and powerful way to help qualified foreign investors gain US permanent residency, while at the same time attracting needed investment capital in order to create jobs in New York State. We are each professionals with many years of experience. Below is a summary of our backgrounds – more information is available upon request:

	William P. Gresser, Jr. President and CEO Mr. Gresser has been the President of EB-5 New York State, LLC since it was founded in 2007. Since that time he has managed the company as it successfully completed several EB-5 projects. Mr. Gresser's background includes being an attorney for over 20 years and a successful business man. Mr. Gresser obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Georgetown University School of Business Administration.
Thomas R. Beecher, Jr. Founding Member and retired Chairman Mr. Beecher has been an attorney for over 50 years and his many accomplishments include being the founding Chairman of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.
Luke T. Jacobs Founding Member Mr. Jacobs is an attorney, a former prosecutor in New York and a partner in Barrantys, Inc.
Jian Wang, Ph.D. Founding Member Dr. Wang is the President of a successful software company in the Washington DC metro area.
